We called Baird Heating and Cooling early this morning and within one hour a technician named Randy came out. He fixed the problem within and hour. Randy was efficient and kind and explained everything and answered any questions that we had. We would definitely recommend Baird Heating and Cooling. Keep up the good work and service!

When the oil furnace went down on one of the coldest days this winter, Baird fit us in the same day. Great customer service, called to let us know they were on the way. Great company!They are conscientious, thorough and neat! Bought a new oil furnace about a year and half ago to replace the old one. A fair price, and it's paying for itself quickly, using half the fuel. They are now booking four weeks out, for an annual cleaning. This scheduling proves to me, that most of their customers must be satisfied. Don't hesitate to call them!
